Ceramic Workshop

In Greek, ceramic “keramus” means clay. This word refers to all clay objects that have been cooked: pottery, stoneware, porcelain, etc.
Workshop description: 4 sessions of three hours for modeling the objects, finishing while drying and decoration and first cooking The final session a few days later, will be revealing the work and finishing it off.




Basics technics for modeling :

• Shaping of the clay | Technique “à colombin” (vases and cylindrical objects)
• Plate (for square shapes) | Shading (plates, dishes initiation turning)
• Enameling | The oxides
• The ceramic pencil
